| Q. Are golf carts or 4-wheelers allowed? |

| A. Due to liability reasons no golf carts or 4-wheelers are allowed to be used on the grounds during the festival by the general public. The only exception being persons with disabilities who have a Handicapped Placard [like for hanging from your rear view mirror]. However, the mode of transportation must be pre-approved by the festival and the placard must be prominently displayed. |
